Q: I forgot where to log in – how do I get back in to my total access page which I paid for?

A: You should have received an email from FWYN, LLC shortly after your purchase which contains your password (usually within 1 hour during our business hours). That email has a link to where you will log in. If you purchased Total Access then you will not be able to use your password on the A La Carte' pages - instead there is one page where you will access all of the exams with the same password. That email is very important. Make sure you print it out for future reference. Please check your email before calling. However, yahoo and hotmail addresses are known to send perfectly harmless emails to junk mail and spam mail folders. No matter what email client you use, be certain to check your junk mail or spam mail folders if you cannot find our email. One way to be certain you receive future email from us, is to add our email address to your address book or contacts. You are welcome to call us at 866-941-6663, however, if you cannot locate the email.

Q: I paid for Total Access, but I haven’t received a password yet.

A: Immediately upon completing your purchase, you were taken to a page where you were given a password. If you exited from that page before writing down your password, you should receive an email from FWYN, LLC (usually within 1 hour during our business hours) after your purchase was complete which will give you the information you need. Q: I forgot my password and I did not write it down, and I did not save my confirmation email. How do I get a new one?

Be certain to include in the email The name of the individual who was billed and their email address if it is different than the email you are inquiring from. And the name of the a la carte exam you purchased. You may also call us at 866-941-6663 during business hours.

Q: When I click a text link on the Total Access Page to begin a new exam, all I see is a white screen. Is this supposed to happen?

A: The first time you access purchased exams, you may experience a blank white screen for several seconds, or even minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection. This is normal. Please be patient while your exams download. After a specific exam has been downloaded the first time, it should download much quicker subsequently when you access the same exam again. Please note however, if the exam does not download within a few minutes it might be because you are using Safari as your internet browser. Safari does not support Flash Player and therefore will not work with our exams. iPads, iPhones, and iPods use Safari - Please access your exams from a computer where you can utilize Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome.

Q: When I am done taking an exam on the Total Access page and want to go back to take another exam, I have to log in every time. Is there an easier way?

A: Yes. If you are having to log in every time, it may be (depending on your browser) because you are clicking the “x" button in the upper right hand side of the exam when you are finished. You may click the “Finish" button at the bottom of the exam instead. If you click the “Finish" button, you should be redirected back to the Total Access Page without having to log in again.

Q: When I tried to log in, I got an error page. What do I do now?

A: |1 | Before anything else, simply click the “refresh" button on your browser.

| 2 | If clicking the refresh button does not work, please restart your computer (close all open applications first)

|3 | If neither of the above remedies work, please call us at 866-941-6663 or email us at:

Q: What if www.onlinepracticeexam.net experiences server problems or down time when I need to practice right then?

A: We do have a backup plan in place in case of technical issues with our hosting provider. Please contact us at
customer_support@onlinepracticeexam.com , or call us at 866-941-6663 if you are not able to log in to your Total Access Page after 30 minutes of down time and you have tried the first two steps listed in the question preceding this one.
